It&amp;rsquo;s about noticing our thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise, without getting carried away by them. It&amp;rsquo;s about savoring the simple things, like the warmth of the sun on our skin or the taste of a delicious meal.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
